During the survival of a 19 years of domestic violence relationship, some 15 years ago, Louise was left to face the fallout of business liquidation and bankruptcy caused by someone else’s actions. With her name, finances, and future on the line, she was forced to rebuild from absolute zero so she could escape and protect her children, as a mother of four, three with disabilities, and without a cent of support. But Louise didn’t just rebuild. She rose.

She launched a start-up events company from scratch and, in just 12 months, transformed it into one of Australia’s leading event management brands, even thriving through COVID, the most industry-crippling period of our time. What began with 0 staff is now a powerhouse team of six full-time professionals and over 20 casual employees, delivering award-winning events across the state.

Today, Louise is a multi-award-winning CEO, motivational speaker, and sales strategist with more than two decades of sales experience across real estate, construction, and events, and a 95% client conversion rate to prove her unmatched approach to authentic, human-first sales she also leads and operates over 12 businesses / brands.
